• This GMetrix steplist is for users who need to download or upgrade the GMetrix Skills Management System (SMS). There are currently multiple versions of the GMetrix SMS available. The current version as of this writing (March 2015) is GMetrix.
• GMetrix has created world-class practice tests to provide to our students with the tools to pass the the official Microsoft Office Specialists (MOS) certifications. GMetrix offers a full live-in-the-app experience, so you will have the confidence to pass the actual MOS certification exams with flying colors! Word 2019/365; Excel 2019/365.

* As newer versions of Adobe software are released, additional compatibility testing may be required. GMetrix will always work to support the latest software version of Adobe CC products whenever possible.

** Depending on your software version, Premiere Pro sample documents may require a short conversion process the first time a test is started. This will not impact your test timer.

SETUP ACCOUNTS – You will need your RAM ID / CCSF email to complete the following:

1. If you cannot access your CCSF Email set up or log into RAM ID account
2. : Use a minimum of 8 characters, 1 UPPERCASE, 1 lowercase, 1 symbol. (Example: MaBS*101) If you do not know your CCSF email or need to reset it do the following:
   1. , sign in to RAM ID
   2. Click on Student Information
   3. Click Student Profile
   4. Click Reset Password
   5. Log in to CCSF Email ( CopyPaste password)
   6. Change your password (click on profile, upper right) using your RAM ID password.

   • You will need access to your CCSF Email account.

   • Enter Professor’s email address: tgaines@ccsf.edu
   • Right-click on folder > click
   • You will see two people (share) on the folder.
