Hubbie and I are coming to the end of doing a big extension whilst also renovating the older parts of the house. Our house is approx 70 years old so we are going for a modern cottage look I guess you could call it i.e floorboards, weathertex on the exterior etc etc.

Just a bit of background on the bathroom: Our new bathroom will be grey floor tiles and white square wall tiles in a brickwork pattern (both are 150x150). The wall tiles will only be tiled halfway up the wall and the remainder of the wall above the tiles will be painted in a light grey.
